The problem

Load boards show you loads. They don’t show you profit.

Load boards were built to list freight, not to plan your week. So carriers leave money on the table every week: on rates, on empty miles, and on hours spent searching.

Hours lost on the boards

Refreshing three boards, calling brokers, and doing math on the back of a fuel receipt. Every hour spent searching is an hour you’re not earning.

Deadhead eats your margin

A great rate means nothing if you drive 180 empty miles to get it, or end up stuck in a market with no reloads.

Too many combinations to work out

A board with 5,000 loads has more than 100 billion possible three-load sequences. That’s a job for a computer, not a clipboard.

How it works

From four boards and a calculator to one plan

Set it up once. LoadMaxer keeps working in the background while you drive.

  1. 01

    Connect your boards

Link the load board accounts and ELD you already use. LoadMaxer searches all of them at once, around the clock.

  2. 02

    Set up your truck

Equipment, capacity, home base, preferred lanes, minimum rate, and when you need to be home. Set it once.

  3. 03

    Get your max plan

AI scores every load on true profit, then stacks, sequences, and routes the best combination for your week.

  4. 04

    Book and roll

Call or email brokers with your target rate filled in. Your plan updates automatically as the market moves.

Load stacking

Stack loads. Multiply your rate per mile.

The best money on the board is often hiding in freight that looks mediocre on its own. LoadMaxer finds the combinations that pay.

Parallel stacking

Combine compatible partials and LTL shipments that ride together. Fitted by weight, pallets, and floor space, and packed in drop order so nothing gets re-handled.

Sequential chaining

Line up loads back-to-back so every delivery sets up the next pickup. Less deadhead, less waiting, and a plan that brings you home on time.

Multi-board search

Search DAT One, Truckstop, 123Loadboard and more in one place. The same load posted on three boards shows up once, with every source attached.

Parallel load stacking

Fill your trailer with compatible partials and LTL shipments that ride together. Checks weight, pallet count, linear feet, and stop order so everything fits and unloads in sequence.

Reload chains

Plan three, four, or five loads ahead so every delivery lines up the next pickup. Fewer empty miles, less waiting, and no getting stuck in dead markets.

True profit per mile

Every load and plan is scored after deadhead, fuel along the actual route, tolls, and your own cost per mile, so a $3.10/mi load that costs you 200 empty miles doesn’t fool you.

Truck-smart routing

Routes built for your rig: height, weight, length, and hazmat restrictions, toll-versus-time tradeoffs, and the cheapest diesel on your path.

HOS-aware plans

Syncs with your ELD so LoadMaxer never suggests a load you can’t legally make. Plans work around your 11, 14, and 70-hour clocks and your 34-hour restart.

Rate intelligence

Lane benchmarks, market direction, and a suggested counter-offer for every load, so you know what the freight is worth before you pick up the phone.

Broker vetting & fraud flags

Credit scores, days-to-pay, authority age, and double-brokering red flags next to every load, so you know who you’re hauling for before you call.

Instant profit alerts

Good freight goes fast. Get a push or text the moment a high-profit load or stack that fits your plan appears, before other carriers see it.

Built for every rig

From cargo vans to 53′ reefers

LoadMaxer plans around your equipment’s real limits: payload, dimensions, and trailer type. It only suggests freight you can actually haul.

What is LoadMaxer?

LoadMaxer is an AI load planner for truckers. It pulls loads from the load boards you use into one feed, scores every load on true profit, and builds the best combination of loads, routes, and timing for your truck, so you earn more per mile and per week.

Which load boards does LoadMaxer work with?

We’re building integrations with DAT One, Truckstop, and 123Loadboard first, followed by more boards and broker portals. See the Integrations page for the full list and status. If there’s a board you rely on, tell us. It helps us decide what to build next.

Do I still need my own load board subscriptions?

In most cases, yes. LoadMaxer connects to the accounts you already have and searches them for you. It doesn’t resell board data. What changes is how much value you get from those subscriptions.

What kinds of trucks and freight does it support?

Cargo vans, box trucks, hotshots, dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks, and power only, with more to come. LoadMaxer uses your truck’s real specs (payload, dimensions, and equipment) so it only suggests freight you can actually haul.

How does load stacking work?

There are two kinds. Parallel stacking combines compatible partial or LTL shipments that ride on your truck at the same time, fitting them by weight, pallets, and floor space and ordering the stops so nothing gets re-handled. Sequential chaining lines up loads back-to-back so each delivery sets up the next pickup with minimal deadhead. Both raise what you earn for the miles you drive.

Does LoadMaxer book loads for me?

You stay in control. LoadMaxer finds and ranks the options, suggests a target rate, and fills in the call notes or email to the broker. You approve every booking.

Will it plan around my hours of service?

Yes. Connect your ELD and LoadMaxer plans around your available drive and on-duty time, required breaks, and your 34-hour restart, so it never suggests a load you can’t legally make.
